For people who care about their food

Quality Produce?

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen stuff flagged up as being “quality” produce.  Sure, it’ll be some quality or other but is that poor quality, mediocre quality, top quality or excellent quality, or what?

The word “quality” doesn’t tell me anything about the quality of the food.  It just tells me that the writer doesn’t know the meaning of the word to use it in that way.  😈

I agree. It’s part of a general deterioration in the English language resulting from sales people. (a big “eat” etc etc). 🙂

Thanks, Mike. That was a quality posting. 😉

I wouldn’t advocate the use of formal English for every occasion but I’d agree that standards definitely are deteriorating.
