		<description>Funny!  I didn&#039;t notice that.  As usual I just looked at the picture and ignored the method.  Anyway, I don&#039;t know why so many people seem to suggest peanut oil for Thai cooking.  It&#039;s actually quite difficult to source peanut oil in Thailand so I guess the Thais don&#039;t use it much.  The bog-standard vegetable oil is sufficient for most purposes.</description>
