I can't say I'm a big fan of Ramsay as a person, but I do get the feeling there's a lot of media hype surrounding this. To me, a 'ready meal' implies something that's been bought from M&S or a supermarket. This, instead, is something that happens to have been initially prepared in another kitchen - not really a ready meal in the sense we would normally use the words.
