I used to buy chickens from our usual supermarket, but they were whole.  And I mean WHOLE.  Heads and feet and everything.  I took it back to the butchery counter and asked the guy nicely if he could remove the bits I didn&#039;t want.  

He was happy enough to oblige but you could tell he was thinking &quot;crazy foreigner&quot; as he cut off the best bits.</description>
