Dessert with raspberries and cream layered on Jane's biscuits and finished with raspberry coulis

If you’ve been reading the Not Delia blog over the last couple of days, you’ll have noticed that I’ve been making sugar syrup, raspberry coulis and Jane’s Biscuits. You might think that all this is leading somewhere. And you’d be right. All you need now is a bit of whipped cream and some more raspberries and it’s a simple assembly job to make a lovely raspberry dessert.

Ingredients

  • Jane’s biscuits
  • Raspberries
  • Raspberry coulis
  • Whipped cream

Method

Start with a Jane’s Biscuit on the bottom, then add some whipped cream and a few raspberries. Then add a couple more layers of the same. Garnish with raspberry coulis. Easy!

I really really like the way this dish is presented. Like a little star – for Christmas! I will keep it in mind for next year.
