		<description>I agree, Buddyboy, it&#039;s important to compliment as well as complain.  I can say hand on heart that we do this.  If it&#039;s a larger establishment with many junior staff, we quite often ask for a comment card so that we can also tell their manager about the staff&#039;s particularly good service.

We always get their names too so we can mention the most helpful ones by name.  I think they appreciate this.  We often get a warm welcome back, even when there&#039;s been months between our visits.  We nearly always get our favourite tables too.</description>
