Common Forms of Food Poisoning Bacteria

The most common forms of food poisoning bacteria are:

Salmonella

Clostridium perfringens

Staphyloccus aureus

Bacillus cereus

Campylobacter jejuni

Listeria monocytogenes

E. coli

We will look at each of these in turn in the next articles of this series.
